What will I get?

Everything you need to upload your banner ad to your desired platform. Your banner ad design will be provided in the correct formats (typically JPG, GIF, PNG or PSD files). Plus, you’ll get the full legal copyright, so the design will be all yours.

What do I need to prepare for my banner ad design brief?

Lots of ideas! Explore the web and send us examples of banner ads styles you would like for your brand.

Bring as many specifics as you can, too. Include dimensions, required copy, product photos and any other specifications that could affect your design.

The more you give the us, the better we can design banners for you!

Do I have to provide the copy?

Yes, send us the copy of the banner ad.

Can I use my own images in my banner ad design?

Yes. If you have any specific images (like a logo or product photos) that need to be included with your banner ad design, please submit them to us with your brief.

Unless you request otherwise, we may also use stock images (purchased from a third party) in your design. If we use stock art in a design, we’ll tell you which images they are and use watermarked versions of them in their entries. Once you approve and confirm the design, you’ll need to purchase the stock art and provide it to us so we can complete the design.

Can I get an animated banner ad?

Yep! We can create animated GIFs, too! Just make sure you let us know in your creative brief.

What if I have more than one product or need additional banner sizes/types?

Your custom banner ad design contest includes one banner type with 5 sizes. If you need additional ads types, you can purchase additional Banner Ad Design. For additional sizes, you can send us the info.

Who owns what copyright and when?

After the design handover, we transfer the rights, and you become the owner of the copyright of your winning banner ad design.

What is your Refund Policy?

Refund is only applicable if your service(s) are not delivered within TAT. No refund will be provided if a project is started or cancelled by the client in middle or delayed due to client’s action.
