Scope of Work

  • (a) All types of building works in connection with any structure, being built or to be built, for the support, shelter and enclosure of persons, animals, chattels or movable property of any kind, requiring in its construction the use of more than two unrelated building trades and crafts. Such structure includes the construction of multi-storey carparks, buildings for parks and playgrounds and other recreational works, industrial plants, and utility plants.
  • (b) Addition and alteration work on buildings involving structural changes.
  • (c) Installation of roof structures.
